Join us during Allentown Cocktail Week for an exquisite culinary event with the Social Still, Bethlehem's state-of-the-art distillery, and Fegley's Brew Works brewery on Thursday, September 17th, 6:30pm - 9:30 at Allentown Brew Works. 

Socially Brewed: A Distilled Plates Pairing

A 4 course pairing and sampling with Social Still & Fegley’s Brew Works.

Tickets are $50 plus tax and gratuity. This is a ticket reservation only event. Tickets will not be available at the door. 21 and older event.

Welcome Course

Locally, responsibly farmed pork ribs smoked in-house in a homemade whisky infused honey BBQ sauce.
Paired with a Social Still Whisky infused "Beer" Cocktail.

Course Two

A gin & ginger dressed cucumber salad combined with chopped Granny Smith apples, scallions and tomato served in a martini glass.
Paired with a Social Still Gin Cocktail & a Fegley’s Brew Works Archie's Funky Farmhouse Ale.

Course Three

Sustainably raised chicken layered with zucchini, fried arugula and tomato. Drizzled with a vodka citrus sauce.
Paired with a Social Still Vodka Cocktail & a Fegley’s Brew Works Apocalypse 4-Quad Ale.

Course Four

Homemade spiced rum cake with banana brulee and scoop of house-churned rum chata ice cream.
Paired with a Social Still Rum Cocktail & a Fegley’s Brew Works Steeworker's Oatmeal Stout.
