Welcome Course
Chorizo stuffed dates wrapped in bacon. Tequila pairing: Patrón Citrónge Pomegranate Margarita
Second Course
Arugula salad with queso fresco cheese, toasted pecans, crisped serrano ham and orange vinaigrette. Tequila pairing: Patrón Silver
Third Course
Spiced beef and cheese filled empanadas over a white bean and roasted vegetable ragu. Topped with a garlic chimichurri sauce. Tequila pairing: Patrón Reposado
Fourth Course
Herb and panko crusted chicken breast on top of manchego cheese whipped potatoes. Topped with a mild romesco sauce. Tequila pairing: Patrón Añejo
Dessert
Dulce de leche rice pudding with fresh whipped cream and a ginger snap cookie. Tequila pairing: Patrón XO Cafe
